Orders are prepared and shipped from our workshop in Morocco. We deliver throughout Morocco and to selected international destinations.
Orders are processed after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Made-to-order products: approximately 5–10 business days
Personalised products: approximately 7–12 business days
These times are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, the level of customisation and the volume of orders being handled.
Business days exclude weekends and Moroccan public holidays.
Where an order contains products with different preparation times, the order will normally be shipped once all items are ready. Customers may contact us before ordering to ask whether separate shipment is available.
We deliver to addresses throughout Morocco using Amana.

Other cities and towns: 2–5 business days
